Local knowledge. Thoughtful guidance.
Meet Bre Meador, REALTOR®
Clear guidance, careful preparation and local knowledge for buyers and sellers across Bastrop County.
I help clients make confident real estate decisions with practical research, responsive communication and a plan built around their goals—not a one-size-fits-all process.

A Client-First Approach
Real estate is one of the largest financial decisions most people make. My job is to make the process understandable: explain the options, organize the details, identify the questions that deserve a closer look and advocate for the client’s goals from the first conversation through closing.
I help first-time and experienced buyers, sellers, relocating households and property owners across Bastrop County and the Greater Austin Area. Every plan is built around the client’s priorities, budget, timeline and risk tolerance—without pressure or one-size-fits-all advice.
Experience That Shapes How I Serve
U.S. Army Veteran
Military service built a foundation of discipline, accountability, preparation and direct communication. Those habits guide how I manage deadlines, explain decisions and follow through for clients.
Healthcare & Client Advocacy
My education in business and healthcare administration and my nursing career strengthened my ability to remain calm, communicate clearly and advocate for people through complex, high-stakes situations.
Construction & Property Knowledge
Work with my family’s construction company gave me practical exposure to residential construction, roofing, repairs, inspections and project management. I use that perspective to help clients ask better questions, while relying on licensed inspectors and specialists for professional findings.
Local Service, Thoughtful Guidance
Bastrop County is not one uniform market. Taxes, utilities, insurance, flood considerations, road access, special districts and property types can change from one address to the next. I believe clients deserve careful, property-specific research and honest explanations of what is known, what still needs verification and who should provide specialized advice.

A quick hello—and how I work
Rooted in Bastrop County
Community leadership is part of how I serve Bastrop County. I stay involved with the schools, local businesses, families, and nonprofit organizations that shape daily life here—not only as a REALTOR®, but as a neighbor, parent, veteran, and business leader.
Bastrop Chamber Ambassador
As an active Ambassador for the Bastrop Regional Chamber of Commerce, I support local-business engagement, member outreach, ribbon cuttings, and connections that encourage responsible economic growth.
Education & PTSA Leadership
I serve on a PTSA board within Bastrop ISD and participate in the Chamber Education Committee, staying connected to the needs of students, families, educators, and the wider community.
Children & Family Advocacy
I support committee work benefiting the Children’s Advocacy Center of Bastrop, Lee & Fayette Counties and initiatives that strengthen children, families, and community safety.
My husband, Eric, and I are raising our three children in Texas. Family, school, service, local events, and the everyday life of Bastrop County and the Greater Austin Area keep me grounded and help me understand the communities my clients are considering.
My goal is simple: help you make a well-informed move—and feel confident about how you got there.
