I want everyone to be able to use bremeador.com, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, captions, magnification, or other assistive technology.

What I aim for

This site is built to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. Pages use labeled form fields, text alternatives for meaningful images, readable color contrast, visible keyboard focus, and touch targets sized for phones. I check pages with automated accessibility tools and by hand when I make changes.

Known limits

  • Property listings and photos come from the MLS (Unlock MLS, distributed by MLS GRID). Listing descriptions and photo captions are written by each listing brokerage, so some photos may not have detailed descriptions.
  • Some content comes from other services, such as Google reviews, Calendly scheduling, maps, and embedded videos. Those services control their own accessibility.
  • Older PDF documents may not be fully tagged for screen readers. If you need a document in another format, ask and I will send it.
